A 14-week journey of self discovery!
Our group will use Autobiographical Theatre Performance--monologue s and characters; improvising and writing scenes--to explore dream worlds and give shape to lived experiences. In a safe, supportive environment, you will embark upon your own Hero's Journey to uncover self-defeating "life scripts," identify therapeutic goals, reclaim lost aspects of your "self," and write ne w narratives to guide your path and reclaim autonomy.
You will have the opportunity to work individually with trained Acts of Witness directors and therapists as you use theatre to recreate your life as a living, breathing work of art.
